The Candle Lighters is a 501 c 3 that supports programs of the Arc of Essex County. Stepping Stones is an Early Intervention program for infants and toddlers and a school for children with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities.
Joyce's grandson, Jack Foley, atended Stepping Stones Early Intervention and School starting 2 weeks after he was born. The family has been committed to supporting The Candle Lighters for all 20 years of Jack's life.
